A big hit is The Alpines special recipe for Kassler Rippchen (smoked pork chop). Some say it's the best in America! Custom smoking for meat, fish and game is done year round in three smokehouses. During the hunting season The Alpine can process your boneless venison and other large game. If you are in the Scranton area, The Alpine supplies Wegman's with some of its more popular products. Also in Sullivan County The Alpine supplies many Pecks supermarkets with some of our favorite Wursts.
The Alpine is the only retailer in NEPA of USDA Certified Pureland Black Angus Beef.
